2 TBSP Ground Red Pepper
1 TBSP Elmer's glue
1 QT Water
Mix together in a container you don't mind having to throw away. (The mixture will pretty much trash it). Spray around plants (preferably not on them). Should keep rabbits away and won't completely wash away in the rain. Good luck!
What other spice besides dry mustard with keep rabbits away from flower beds?
Use dried blood available from farm supply store.
