What does the seeds actually look like in Dianthus?

hi. thnx for looking.

This yr %26amp; other yrs Ive bought these Dianthus. This is the 1st yr Im trying to save the seeds, to plant my own next yr. they are perennials I know for sure. %26amp; they say they grow by seed, not just root..

Im trying to see if anyone knows where the seed actually is. I see when i have taken the dried flower aparta lil white pouch., and inside are such tiny lil white thingys. Which are actually the seeds if anyone actually knows. thnx in advance- I cant find the answer anywhere..

What does the seeds actually look like in Dianthus?
The seeds are small, black, roughly triangular about 1/8" Allow the seed pod to completely dry out. The "white thingies" are immature seeds, won't germinate.
