Im selling a house and have a portable music player i used to play radio on, in the bedroom. Should i remove this and replace it with something more relaxing such as dried flowers? Or leave it as it is?

I would leave it as it is. Yes make sur house is tidy, but it also needs to look like it is lived in.
Reply:fresh flowers are more appealing and show that 'tlc' in the home u only have to listen to ann maurices advice on that score,dont c a prob with the mc being there but personally id go with the flowers as this wud appeal to the more feminine of buyers being the maj of first timers or oldtimers actually but hey just go with instinct-good luck
Reply:take it with you. the new owner may not want it and throw it away. why flowers? it is nice to have fresh flowers when people are looking round
