Help me find my tea!?

A few years ago, my mom brought home this amazing tea. It's loose-leaf and looked like a bunch of small, dried, whitish flowers (and shriveled-up tea leaves). The color was a very light green, on the edge of yellow. It smelled very flowery and tasted like flowers. It had a very delicate flavor and was slightly sweet... and not bitter at all. Most other teas I've tried ended up being really bitter if I steeped them even slightly too much.

I'm guessing it was an Asian tea seeing as how my family is Asian and my mom got it from a Korean tea shop (that has since gone out of business).

I've tried Jasmine, Green, Earl Grey, White, and a number of other Korean ones, but none were even similar in taste or aroma to the tea I've described. Can anyone help me identify the tea? Thanks in advance...

Also... my tea seems to always come out bitter... any tips on avoiding this?

It sounds like Chomomile tea- fairly common, so check out this image or do your own image search to verify if this may be it:

It should be very easy to find in any tea or even grocery store.

To ensure non bitter tea- start with clear COLD water and bring to a full boil before steeping the tea. Clean your tea set regurally with vinegar, then soap and water.

Enjoy!
